How bad are your villager's homes?

How awful do they look? Skye's probably the worst, since I've had her the longest. The only original furniture she has are the phonograph and the piano. She now has a common bed, a kiddie table with a carp and a crawfish, a robo lamp, and one of those gigantic book cases. The book shelf isn't too bad because normals like to read, and I think it suits her.

Maybe I'll start trying to give her her old furniture...

How unoriginal (or original) are your villagers?

I replaced all of the items in Re-Tail with fruit, and I refuse to give them furniture or deliver them packages with furniture in them. I also make sure that they don't place shirts up in their homes. In other words, every villager in my town has their default home, except for Flora. I sent her a lovely bed thinking it would be more fitting than the bed she already had, and Avery, whom I gave a hi-fi stereo.

Well, I try to keep them in pristine condition, but, you know... Things happen. One of my starters, Kitty, had the worst home ever. The only items left were a sprout table and some random fossil. Nothing else.

Oh man, Hamphrey's is bad. Real bad.
Absolutely nothing is original, and every empty space is filled with random crap. It's mostly my fault, but hey. I think he has a bad habit of buying everything from re-tail.

When I had Bob, his house was a total mess. Like, the only default piece of furniture that he still had was his kiddie table and stereo. Every time I tried to fix it, he would make it worse. Goddammit, Bob.

All of my villagers are 100% original. I don't really think they need any customization tbh.

sooo bad.. All of them have sold everything that they can except for the few pieces that they absolutely can't live without with. This is majorly annoying for me personally, but oh well.

i remember making nibbles's house especially bad the first time i had her, because i had no idea they would put the fish and bugs i gave them in the house, and i didnt really care about originality and oh god. her house was mortifying. the nibbles i have now is mostly original though!

Apple's was probably the worst, she kept putting closets and chairs facing the wall (??? u dumb hamster) but now it's alright!!
I try to not send my villagers nice stuff/don't give them anything other villagers deliver so all my villagers' houses are pretty nice now haha

I remember when Molly had a nice comfy classic bed. Now there's an Apato tail there. She sits on her sofa, and lovingly gazes at her spice rack...I don't want to remodel villager homes, but I sure would love to reset them.

Aurora's house is a mess. I can't even remember her original furniture since her house had no theme. For a few months she had a sea bass resting on the corner which I thought was fitting 'cause she's a penguin until she finally asked for furniture to replace it.

Becky was the worst, though. She would always put her chaise lounge up on Re-Tail, so I would buy it and send it back to her in a letter. To prevent any other villagers from doing the same, I put up random stuff on Re-Tail.

I mail them stuff I want them to put in their homes. I don't care that much if it is original or not. Some....are pretty bad lol. I mail them shirts and sadly they sometimes put it in their home. Lol. I really like how they put furniture in their homes as I remember in the GameCube they wouldn't and I always wished they would.
I am trying to make them look cute with furniture I like.

Julian I am sending him space items.
Dizzy I'm sending him kiddie furniture and just making him home look like a room of a child.

Lol when I had her she also would put her stuff facing the wall. That is the only villager that did that lol.

I got a bunch of new villagers recently so I haven't had the chance to fix their homes yet. I'm trying to send everyone rare furniture within the same themes ; - ; So far I think Apple's might be the worst since she has a ton of bugs + polka dot furniture + sweets furniture and none of that makes sense together
