How are you loving autumn?

I love autumn both in-game and out.

Tbh, though...the lack of recipe drops are keeping me from enjoying autumn as much as I wish I could. I actually got two or three more recipes today...but, they were the plain autumn ones, not the mushroom ones. So...it's just been a steady process of chipping away at the recipes I don't have. I honestly thought I'd have the full autumn set by now and could focus on the mushroom set...but, I'm having equal luck with both. I wish I had them all so I could enjoy the season to it's fullest...but, I guess I'll have to wait till next year to do that.

I'm loving the tree colors, but I'm not as big of a fan of the yellowed grass. Like others, I'm pretty excited for winter & to see snow on the ground around my island!

i like autumn more in game than irl because u can't feel the temperature in the game. the colors are pretty but ive always been a fan of spring, however i have to say that autumn has a lot more seasonal recipes and things to collect compared to other seasons, so it seems like there's always something to do. id like the grass to be green again, but i dont mind waiting if i can collect mushrooms while doing so.

Not having to rake the leaves is a bonus, too, lol.

I second that! I like how Autumn in the game looks aesthetically and I love the seasonal items, but the stress of collection three sets plus collecting all the maple leaves, pinecones, and acorns for them is souring the season a little for me. I want to relax but it's so hard to when you have to compulsively check every single balloon that comes your way.

I love everything about autumn except the grass >< I feel like I wouldn't mind if it stayed that light green color, but yeah I really miss the dark green grass from summer time. this yucky yellow green just isn't it for my theme ^^;;

I’m enjoying it more now than I did at the start. At the start, the grass and trees yellowness was just so underwhelming.

I wish the leaves falling were at the start really and maybe the ones you could catch just did spawn till the dates they do now. It certainly adds a whole extra vibe with falling leaves than without. And the mixture of more colors to the trees helps a lot more.

i haven’t taken many foliage shots but i’m loving autumn! i love how crunchy the grass sounds whenever i walk on it and the autumn leaves look stunning! i’ve also really been loving getting to see the maple leaves fly through the air, too

I'm loving the trees, I just wish the ground was a little warmer/browner and not this yellow colour! It'd make everything even more gorgeous

I love it! one thing I wish was different though is the grass colour? in New Leaf and even in Pocket Camp it's a really warm red colour and it's beautiful, I wish it was the same in New Horizons. but otherwise the scenery is stunning! and the falling leaves is a nice touch too to signify the end of Autumn

I love autumn in the game and IRL, but this week it's been below 40 degrees in the real world, and that's a hard no from me. I never understood why old people moved to Florida, but then I hit my thirties and realized being cold sucks.

I spent part of my childhood in southern Nevada, and being hot also sucks. I guess I need to live in a place where the temperature never gets below 50 or above 80. Wish me luck...

I'm really enjoying autumn a lot (the grass color is not my fave) in game but I have to say the season I look forward to most is winter. I really like the falling leaves and that the trees in New Horizons seem to change to more types of colors than in previous games.

I love autumn! The only sad part is that I made an evergreen forest in preparation for winter instead of a regular forest. I might be able to swap out a couple trees before the season ends. I was aiming for a more northeastern autumn, but overshot by a few evergreens.

Although spring is my favourite season because of the cherry blossoms, i love autumn as well, especially maple season! the autumn leaves are soo beautiful, and the fact that red is my favourite colour only makes me like it more!

Autumn is my favorite season IRL, so I was really looking forward to it in the game. The trees are very pretty, but I just do not like the color of the grass. It's too yellow and bland. I wish they would change it.

I also live in a place that has no autumn. We have a summer season, and then the temps plummet to winter weather (which lasts for about 3-4 months before it heats up again), so I'm living vicariously through AC when it comes to spring/autumn weather.

I enjoy watching the leaves change colors. I wish so much that trees did that where I live; it's so gosh dang beautiful. I love just taking a small stroll around my island to see the colors progress from yellow to orange to a deep red. I also plan on making clothing designs based on real sweaters I own so that I can wear them in the game too.

I love autumn in real life and in game! In game I love the crunchy grass and the falling leaves.

I think the seasons are done really well in this game, so this makes me excited for winter because winter is my favorite season. I've visited some winter dream addresses that were so beautiful and I can't wait for my town to be winter too. But I'm still very much enjoying the fall for now.

It's my favorite season for taking pictures because the trees, flying leaves, and nice weather. It looks so much more pretty than how summer looks imo and it makes me want to put out mush furniture to compliment it.
