how are you guys getting lucky with tarantula islands

i legit try everyday and i end up wasting nook miles because the layouts are so bad and then they never spawn

then the one time i got a good layout with no ponds and complete flat surface i forgot my axe and couldn’t chop the bamboo and i was beyond angry

tell me your tips because i need help

I only use the nook mile tickets after 7PM since thats when Scorpions/Tarantulas spawn. Also, it really is just a matter of luck.

i normally go around 8PMish so yeah maybe it just is

i have such bad luck with islands as well!!! you can always buy tools from wilbur for 100 miles if they break or if you forget them on islands like the bamboo one!! then you can get iron from the rocks and make it a regular axe

i knew i could buy it but why didn’t i think of the making normal axe part
