So I'm not very sure how or where to put my fruit trees. I've heard that just putting random types of fruit next to each other is not very good, but I want to put every fruit in my town. Also, where do you put a fruit orchard in your town? I plan on making a forest in my town and harvesting lots of fruit and making money (especially perfect apples).

i planted my fruit trees in rows with each row a different kind of fruit, but i have been to towns where the fruit is scattered around and it can look just as nice.

I have my perfect and regular peach trees around my Retail which is at the top left corner of my map. Most of my other fruit trees are to the south of that at the left edge of town. I have about three trees for each fruit. My cherry trees are around my tower, lychee are near a cliff, and three pear trees are behind a villager's house next to my mayor's house.

The placement of my trees are where they are to prevent a villager from ever moving on top of the trees and knocking them down. So my trees are near buildings and PWP for this purpose.

I'm gonna make an orchard with the various fruits on the left side of my station..
I plan on putting a scarecrow in the middle and a cute path through it all :3

I'm planning on planting them in some areas around my paths. I'm going to add in some bushes and flowers as well so it doesn't look strange, but I usually just pick a certain area, choose a fruit, and plant it in that section.
I'm also going to include an area with every fruit though (not quite sure about the island ones), and I think that could look really nice too. :)

I have my trees pretty much where I want them - but I have no order to my fruit. In fact, I have various fruits mixed up all over the place. I'm new to this though - so it there's an issue with mixing fruits, I don't know about it.

Half of my town is filled with only bamboo, and the other is filled with trees. I planted my fruit trees surrounding the rivers in the following pattern: Pears, cherries, oranges, and peaches. The apples are just scattered, since they're my native fruit.

I generally gather same species together in a semi-orchid or at least the same corner of town.

I have a huge area right outside of my train station where I designate it as my perfect peach orchards hehe

Right now, my fruit trees are all scattered but I plan to change that!

I really want to make mini orchards all over my town. I'm not sure how to do it yet though. I'm not sure if I should have my perfect pears around my paths and then have mini orchards of my other fruits in corners of my town. Maybe having them all in rows in a fruit mix up?

I really have no idea yet. I can't decide!

I have my bamboo planted along the top right side of my town, and then I have my fruit trees bordering either a building or a PWP. Like, I have perfect peaches around my Re-tail, mangoes around my Town Hall, durians around my fountain and I have oranges around my well at the moment. Going to be adding the other fruits soon :)

I have mine bordering the train track fence. I have a small perfect cherry orchard as well and a few scattered in certain places.

Mixing fruits is bad? I think rows of fruits look boring, which is why I mix mine up as much as humanly possible, except for by my house and in front of my town square, which is all perfect pears. That looks kind of boring though, so I may end up changing it to more random trees!
