I recommend this one: Hitokui: Dress as a cop or a bride and investigate a cafe, a church, and a shrine, if you’ve got the stomach for it. 2600-1856-4772, Japanese.

This was my favorite dream town for awhile, it went with a theme and stook with it. I am mostly left disapoonted with how most 'horror' towns are put together, its seems like most are random themes with one room having a creepy skeleton/axe murder/hospitol/evil science lab/torture chamber so its consdiered a 'horror' town...
maybe someone here can help. a while ago a similar thread like this was posted and someone posted a dream suite town that they came across during street pass. i visited it once a long time ago (a few months at least) and its been bugging me ever since. i remember the mayor was a boy character and there was two girl characters in it that had pumpkin-heads. thats about it though..
hitokui is my favourite horror town, i definitely recommend it if you haven't already explored it. it sort of inspired me to make my town a bit creepy and ominous. there was also a glitch town i explored, it wasn't a horror town exactly but if you're into surreal things you might like this. 3800-0703-0669
personally i think aika village is too over-hyped and too confusing to be scary...
Wow, I didn't expect so many people to agree with me. But yeah, totally check that one out. I literally sat here going "What the -" at some of the rooms. Freaky.
