For those who don't know, the Honda Covic Tour includes Matt and Kim, My Chemical Romance, and Blink-182.
(I didn't really know/enjoy Matt and Kim, so I'm not writing anything.)
I just got back from said tour, and I am extremely pleased
after loving My Chemical Romance forever and tonight being my first time ever seeing them live, it was an amazing experience. I have been to many concerts, but I think seeing MCR was a whole different thing. I was screaming the lyrics the entire set and dancing like an idiot. And I loved every single second. <3 I would love to see them perform over and over.
I saw Blink-182 when they came to the same stage 2 years and 2 days ago (September 24, 2009), and they killed it. And it was no different tonight. They played for almost 2 hours! Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLage are the most hilarious men out there. They make so many jokes about eachothers moms and just eachother in general. Of course, they're performances are extremely amazing and almost no one can top them.
A reason no one can top them is freaking TRAVIS BARKER. He is a boss at the drums. He owned them alllll night. Of course, at the end of the show he got up on a huge extension with his drums and just floated above the crowd and owned the drums. In 2009, he and his drums went upside down an all around, but this year was just simply floating above the crowd. Which was still B.A.
