What is your highest score for HHA? I have chosen Fairy Tale theme and I am now at 815,000 points. I got the gold roof and the next time the gold door but my score went down to about 600,000. I chose a new sweets door and my score went back up. When does the HHA end?

It doesn't end per se, but the last reward is at 1.1 mil points for the golden mailbox. You can get way more points but there's no real reason (I had about 1.8mil with the fairytale challenge). I would also wait to use the golden exterior stuff until you get the mailbox, the exteriors are worth up to 95k points.

CERIBELLS, this was very useful info for me. My score yesterday was 906,000 with rustic theme. I so want the gold rewards but love my house the way it is..ordered the gold fence yesterday and It is gorgeous..was afraid it would diminish points cause of the toy theme..today points were 916,000. Im going to wait and try for the gold mailbox..soon I may stop caring about points. Thanks.
