Hold Stuff while I restart?

I'm restarting my second town of Apex Bay! its gonna be super fun! but I will need my bells and some furniture to be held while I do the restart. Its gonna be about 10 mil in bells and not too much furniture! I plan on doing all this in the next few hours if someone is going to be around during then
