Hitting your villagers?

Did you ever hit your villager who had an argument with another villager?

I did yesterday. Astrid was all happy and Skye was angry. Of course I hit Astrid. I have never seen Astrid this angry before. The pitch in your voice was like "I'll going to kill you". Normally she is so friendly to me.

It's probably not the smartest thing to do.

I love hitting Eunice with my net or a toy hammer. It's so fun! But I feel pretty bad afterwards....

No, because, 1, my villagers never argue, and 2, I wouldn't want to make them angrier if it did happen.

I hate seeing people hate villagers and whak them for fun. I never do unless it's a villager I loath and they make my favorite villager sad/angry

I kind of miss being able to smack them to move like in cf. It was kind of fun...

not enough to make them angry/depressed, but sometimes I'll hit them with my net from behind once as a "surprise" (takes 3 hits for anger/depression)

or if I'm holding a net and they ping me, since apparently my reaction to responding is faster than the game's
