Help planning my town

I've never been one to plan my town or what it will look like. I need help. If anyone wants to come and look and help plan then I would appreciate it.

I think the first thing to consider while making a town is what kind of theme or feel you are going for and then look for towns similar to what you want for inspiration. Many people get rid of all pwps, trees, bushes and flowers and start with a completely blank town to design. Another way people do it is by first outlining the main paths and then working around that.
