Yeah Tabby scares me a bit too.
The only villager I had in my town that scared me, or more, creeped me out was Ken. Since he was my first smug I was really concerned that I had a chicken stalker.

When I first saw Tabby in Wild World, I was like "This thing should not be allowed to breed." But then she grew on me and I kinda miss her now, even wanna see her again sometimes.

Coco and Nindori are originally creepy characters by the way, but I think they have some weird sense to them. I really LOVE Coco.

Nindori should be kinda nice, I hope? I really love how they are like gyroids, but I don't know yet, I just took a peek. :3

Rasher quite honestly terrifies me.

I'm sorry, but he looks like a rejected Batman villain, or the psycho from a slasher movie. I mean, those scars are extreme, particularly in such an otherwise-fluffy kids' game.

(Call me harsh, but he moved into my first WW town when I was 9 - I didn't play again for several months.)
