So im a platinumm member and i got a game BUT IT WONT SHOW THE CODE OR ON MY HOTMAIL EITHER! AND IT SAID IT ALREDY SENDED :(
 
but also how long ago did you redeem?

sometimes it takes email servers a bit of time to get stuff sent to you. so it may of already been sent, but its just the the email hasn't arrived yet


(also be sure to check your spam folder of course)
 
i picked my game pressed order now But the code never showed up so i go on hotmail and there nothing and now it said ur game has been reddem :(

This happens sometimes when the site is under heavy traffic. I remember during their MK8 promotion (I think that's what it was) I redeemed it and then it disappeared, it took several hours for my code to get sent to me.

but really the site's probably just going to be under heavy traffic for the next week or so while people are rushing to redeem their elite status gifts. which will cause delays on getting codes sent out


you will get the code in due time, but if its been over 24 hours and still nothing then just shoot Nintendo an email about it. they'll get it fixed then

You'll be fine :) it says please give them 48 hrs for the email to arrive (who knows why) and even if it doesn't there is a "contact us" button somewhere on that page and the customer support is really good and they'll make sure you get your code.
