Ooooh maaaaaan!!! I adore TG, (although I could have done without the anime e _ e).
Villagers:
Roscoe - (Red eyes. Come. On.)
Cole - Ayato. Self explanatory lmao
Carmen or Dotty - Touka
Felicity - Hinami (definitely choose a normal villager if not Felicity)
Ken - ......
Chief - Nishiki. Good god this is perfect.
Julian - WHAT IS THIS TREMOLO IN MY CHEST. Gotta be purple or smug....
Static - KanAe
Hamphrey - Juuzouuu
Olivia, Paula - Itori
Phoebe - Akira (I think uchi is a good choice)
Marshal - white hair galore....
Klaus - Yomo (pff identical face 8D)
Eto - Francine ?A?
Boone or Eugene - Devil Ape (Enji Koma)
Wolfgang - Uta
Becky, Tiffany - Rize
I could go on for years... but if you plan on only doing Quinx/Haise... then.

Actually, residents wise, I was planning on
Touka-House is Cafe :re on ground floor, food bank underneath, general side rooms, and upstairs being Touka's room
Haise-House is Quinx house, with manequins representing the other members (urie has headphones on, Shirazu...idk, Mutskui has a leather eyepatch on and Saiko is hidden in an upstairs room filled with game items and computers xD ) and various other things.
Suzuya-House is CCG base. Not much can be said, except the basement will be covered in teddy bears and cute things. AAAAAAND sewing sets.

oooh... well then there are still a couple of villagers I mentioned that aren't going to be residents xD
Definitely get Ayato/Cole and Chief/Nishiki though; they're too perfect. Both appearance and personality wise in relation to the characters xD

This is such a creative idea for a town. I voted Arima 'cause she's always been a personal favourite for some reason. Honestly looking forward to see how it turns out!!
