Help me find this town/dream address??

Hello,

so apparently there is an entire dream address dedicated to Monique the cat. (Similar to Marshall town).
The address is 2300 1456 6465 and the name is in Japanese and starts with a character/letter I have never seen before. I can only make out (something)harura?

That town was never updated the first time it was up, so it's gone forever now.

From my understanding, the town name reads Varuhara (the first katakana is Vu, plus an A becomes Va),which might be a spelling of Valhala, a room from nordic mythology in Asgard.
A pity you can't visit the dream yourself, since AccfSally says it's gone... did you want the Monique patterns, by any chance? If so, I'm sure they can be recreated just like the ones in the video.

I can try to remake the patterns if anyone wants them I suppose.

What a shame! I would have loved to have visited too. I like themed towns of lesser-liked villagers.
