Help me find this SPN fanfic?

I've tried searching for this but everything I search comes up nada.

The fanfic has Sam either not eat enough or just not eat, full stop. I remember Dean cooked a nice dinner for Sam which he took a few bites of before remembering a bad memory [Dean dying, irc] and ended up throwing up. He also ends up telling Dean about the months he spent without him at some point.
