Help me decide on a last villager!

I'm remaking one of my abandoned towns into a Halloween themed town. I've picked out 9 villagers, but I need help deciding the 10th! I'm looking for unique additions, not really something "every Halloween themed town has".

Rudy was one of my considerations, but I don't think so. I already have Pietro, y'know.

Roscoe is definitely one of those villagers in every single Halloween themed village. Not that I blame anyone for that choice.

I really like Vesta! I never visit halloween-themed towns but i'd love to see her in one, I feel like she's a refreshing choice but again don't visit halloween towns so idk how common

Basically, anyone who's design is generally based on an already existing character, food, or thing. Since it can be interpreted as their costume for a Halloween inspired town where it's Halloween all year round. Thus they're always in costume. ///^W^///

I looked at my personality types and realized I am being overrun by lazies and normals! I think my 10th should be cranky or peppy. of course, roscoe is cranky

Walt, Spike, Murphy, and Boris are crankies that could all possibly be made to work depending on your taste

Bunnie looks so cuddly in a Wild World but her New Leaf makeover really makes her “meh” worthy in my opinion. Just try not to think about those eyes!

I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT DOBIE....that's a really good idea. Vic was also one I was thinking about.

I finished doing resets for my map and I got a town with Coco in it! Dobie though, that's a really good suggestion.

Well my first thought was June, I never see her in Halloween towns and she could be seen as a "Hulu girl" costume wearer. Also Gloria, she has beautiful eyelashes which makes her look like a doll or a girl from the 60's.

If you're wanting a peppy, Bella looks like a rocker chick which could go well with a Halloween town or Victoria, she is wearing a race horse "costume".
For cranky you could go with Knox, he has a shiny armor costume, Vic who is a Viking, or Elvis who I think looks like Shakespeare.
