Help in determining my last 2 villagers!

Hey guys! I've been having a bit of trouble trying to determine which last two villagers I want in my town.
So far I have all personality types besides Snooty and Peppy (I don't want Tutu as my peppy, so I'm waiting for her to move out).

I've been so set on having Freya as my Snooty. I've always wanted a wolf villager and I absolutely love her colors and the way she looks overall.

But a few days ago I visited someone's town and met Willow. I thought she was beyond adorable and I thought it would be nice to have a sheep in my town since I have yet to have one. Unfortunately... she is also a snooty.

The problem is... I'm not sure if I should just get two snooties with no peppy since I really like them both. Or get Freya and a peppy villager that I'm not crazy about. I've seen a list of peppy villagers and although I think Cheri and Bella are the best looking ones to me... I'm not crazy about them as much as I am with Freya and Willow. But part of me wants at least every villager type in my town!! That's what's killing me!

I'm in a stump and I would like some opinions. My potential peppies would be Cheri or Bella... but, again, I'm not CRAZY about them.

I assume you have other repeat personalities? If you don't, there's only 8 personalities and you can have up to 10 villagers, so you can repeat one or two personalities if you'd like.

Personally, I think there's nothing wrong about having a missing personality. Having all 8 makes the game more fun since you have more diverse dialogue, and you should consider having all of them at least temporarily if you want to unlock all the PWPs. If there's a personality you don't like, though, you don't really need to have it.

Here's my suggestion: Get Freya and a peppy you think you'd like (so Cheri or Bella), and keep them for a while

If you decide the peppy personality is not for you, just move the peppy out and get Willow!

If you don't need or want the peppy PWPs then get the two snooties but you might want to visit more peppy villagers via the Dream Suite before you decide.

If you're pushing for PWPs or you prefer the dialogue of a peppy to a snooty, get Cheri or Bella. If you couldn't care less about either, get Freya or Willow.

And if you really love snooties/Freya and Willow then you shouldn't feel badly about wanting them in your town! ^^

I know you've probably already made your decision, but I really think you should just do what you want. If you really love Freya and Willow, then those are the two you should get. I love the peppy personality to be honest (currently have Twiggy, who is awesome). So, all of them are great to me, but if you really don't care for it, I don't think you are going to be completely satisfied with your town until you have what you REALLY want.
