Hello :D I have a few usernames over the Internet, but here I'm Amagi. I first went on Animal Crossing Community but this forum looks more active. I'm from France, been an AC player since Wild World (memories of being 6-7 and all about the squirrel villagers), played CF, NL, and a dozen days ago got myself the Switch Lite with ACNH pre-installed after a long time pondering whether to get it or not. Right decision. It helped me get over a massive anxiety episode.

My island is named Hopelandia and I'm not planning on terraforming it too much besides perhaps a couple adjustments. Mainly right now am getting bells to build bridges for practicality, + plots of land for villagers to move into, and getting K.K. to come so I can have K.K. Khöömei playing in my home lol.

My other interests include, but are not limited to: drawing, writing, reading, classic country music, horses, warships, and history.

Welcome to the forums, Amagi! 🎉

I'm glad you're enjoying ACNH so far! Who are your two starting villagers?

Hope you enjoy it here! 😊

Gotta reply to all three :P

I like writing blog entries, but also stories relating to magical realism. Right now I'm writing little snippets of text, little scenes between my shipgirl characters, so to speak. Sometimes I also write letters that they would be sending to each other. It's something I generally share among my friends on Discord, or some on my pixiv (letters).

My first two villagers were Sterling and Shari. I honestly am not all about eagles or monkeys but Shari especially grew on me. I like sisterly villagers :v but my favourite villagers... well if you asked my 6 year old self, it was the squirrels, as I said, particularly Pecan and Peanut (pink squirrel, oh yeah). But now as an adult it's probably Coco because I know why she's made the way she is, and I'm an absolute sucker for ancient cultural references. Praying that I can get her to come to my island at some point. I also love Lolly, and she's on my island!

I have Shari and she’s one of my favorites, too! I think it’s funny how she’s a cute little monkey but says some sassy stuff lol.

I also blog and write, too. Sometimes I blog about history or pop culture things I find interesting, but my writing is usually either fantasy, historical fiction, or both. (Short stories— a few novels.)
