I thought I should introduce myself here as I just got a copy of Animal Crossing New Leaf today, and am so far really enjoying it, would love to get some friends so I could see other towns and residents as I have never gone online with any 3DS game before so I have 0 friend codes on my 3DS ^^; . You can use medicine that you can buy from the Nooklings' store to cure the stings or you can save & quit then enter the game again and it should be gone.
