nice work. only thing that bothers me is that the grass is all one color (until the darker edge), but other than that, very nice detail/drawing on the girl. oh god the bubble

QAQ I can't draw grass! I'm glad that you like it ^_^~ And I didn't use a brush for the leaves. First I drew a leaf and then copied it twice. I colored the three leaves and then I started copying and pasting each leaf. I changed the direction around and stuff so it looks better. It took me about...hmm....2 hours to do the tree :3;;

i'm not sure if it would suit your style or not, but you may want to look into downloading/finding some custom brushes, depending on which program you're using.. could help with things like grass and leaves and stuff, if you find a good one.

sometimes doing it by hand is best, though.

The program I use is only for like digital drawing, etc. It's not like photoshop or gimp or anything. It's a Japanese painting program called Paint Tool Sai. Many people that I know who draw Anime, manga, etc. use that program ^_^~
