In the red/blue remake the starter wasnt Pikachu was it? NO! Why would it be Pichu in the G/S/C remake?

what i am hoping for someday in a pokemon game, not like mystery dungeon or pbr, not that those arent good they are but i want a normal pokemon game for the wii, where you can customize your character and you can also travel the whole pokemon world!!!!!!!!! that would be awesome. you could pick the region that you would start in and once you beat that region you could move on to whatever one you wanted to go to next. and you could even surf to the other regions and there would be new and special islands on the way there!!!! that would be so sick!

well it looks like you can have a four player battle(double battle two on a team) i am not sure if you could do this before, i dont think so, but it looks awesome! i am so excited for this game. there are also a lot of new and cool minigames
