Stealth is an ability exclusive to Sparkane and it's pre-evolutions. Before it hits the enemy or is hit, it's evasiveness is doubled. Once it is hit/it hits the enemy, it's speed stay returns to normal.
The unpredictable/stealth Pokemon (didn't know which one to use)
Dex entry: Sparkane is a fast, unpredictable Pokemon. It is sneaky and quiet, giving it the advantage over prey and enemies.

This is really a fun contest! I love looking at all the entries ... Can't wait to see new ones! ... And look at you Mr. King Dad! So sweet helping Sparro out (love that Sparkane btw) ... I had so much trouble with uploading images too, until I started using tinypic ...
Aside from the odd glitch it has been very good and easy to use

Species: Balloon Pokemon
Type: Flying / Fairy
Description: Riuru is a lion cub in a cloud- like Pokemon. It is normally a very friendly species always looking to play and can be found in very mountainous or chilly areas. They withstand cold temperatures due to their large coat of wool. They make high pitched "riiiiiii" sounds that can be heard from a mile away. It is hard for them to walk since they have a massive amount of wool covering their upper body, so they trot. A Riuru can float by puffing up it's wool-like covering. It can also be used as a shield to protect from foes. If a Riuru licks a wound, it is automatically healed.

Why do you torture me with such cuteness?! I think it looks great! It's super cute and cool at the same time. It's design is super creative not only on looks, but on the overall idea of it. It's absolutely fantastic!
