So my 720 Hd tv has a weird delay where one second its fuzzy then if you stand still or do not move the picture, its really clear. For example Im on my Ps3 XMD and when i move the icon its blurry but when i just let it stay still for 2 seconds its really clear it is really a annoyance with first person shooters so any help would be welcome!

I'd say the TV is bad/garbage, maybe you got a bad model, or it's just one of those economy-line ones? I really don't know how to solve that, but I know what you're talking about. not trying to trash you or anything.. but it's probably bad quality, one way or another. can try your luck returning it, or i dunno what else.
