Have you had a bad Club Tortimer experience?

I've never met a rude person on CT, but I usually use the 'Region Only' island.

This one guy got jealous I caught a golden stag so he turned off his wi-fi, disconnecting me.

That must have been really annoying. Some people are just so inconsiderate.

It seems like a vast majority of the people that I meet on the regional island (England) are whiny little kids. One girl kept going on and on about how Tom Daley is her husband, and she kept yelling at me to play minigames with her.

In my region only, the people I've met have been pretty friendly. I did go to the worldwide island and met someone who didn't speak English, and it seemed like she was getting angry with me when I didn't respond to her. I tried to go on a tour with her but she disconnected... I think I'll stay with my regional island.

Almost everytime I go on the island I get a rude user. I remember once I ended up being on the "rude" end and disconnecting on someone because they were making some very sexist remarks towards me, and just all around being incredibly vulgar. But there's been a few times where someone has purposely set up a tour and not sat down, just so I couldn't go home and would have to disconnect. Once I was about to give a random person 1 Million Bells and they flipped their wifi switch while the bells were in my pocket.

Mostly, when travelling the whole wide world, I usually get people looking for bells, or otherwise looking to be really rude to people that don't speak their language.

I have yet to go to Club Tortimer as of yet. Reading this stories makes me regret buying the thing as I'm now afraid to go. >.>
