I walked out of Iron Man (The last one to come out) I was dragged back in by a friend of mine which I said I'd be right back again- I stood in the toilet cubicles till it was over. (Or till they found me..)
If I left the theatre, I'd have no reason to complain about the film being shown because I wouldn't have watched it long enough to judge it. To me, you should only moan about something when you know exactly what you're moaning about. Of course, if you weren't to moan about it in the future, that's a whole different story.
Never walked out of a theater, but I did leave when a few friends of mine started a marathon of The Godfather. I didn't make it through the first movie. They just aren't my style.
When I was younger there were a couple. I walked out of the Stepford Wives remake. I wanted to walk out of Legally Blonde 2, but my ride was enjoying it so I just took a nap for the rest of it. But now I just try to go to movies I know I'll like or stay till the end in case it redeems itself~
I almost walked out during the trailers today. Why would you should a trailer for a Justin Bieber movie before The Hobbit? What happened to putting trailer to films that might be of interest to someone watching the film that's on?
Yes, once. I don't remember the title but it was basically a bunch of people in a bus and they all told ( boring) stories and the actors were terrible.
I wanted to walk out on Scary Movie 5, because of how awful I found the movie to be. But my friends surrounded me and were making sure I had no other way of getting out or falling asleep. They were laughing their own hearts out, and I just felt sorry for them, because throughout the experience, I felt like "when will this torture end?!".
I did tune out on Inception the first time I saw it on TV, but I got it for myself on DVD and realized what a stupid mistake I made...
That new Paranormal activity film I keep seeing advertised on tv that should be coming out in cinemas soon looks really bad. It looks as if some idiot filmed at and put it on youtube. And it got no views.
There are some films I hate, but since I'm awesome I never wanted to see them.
I'm a sucker for Marvel, D.C, and Disney so never will I hate them.
I sat through the credits of High school musical 3 I enjoyed it that much. I like any movie I've seen but most are overated.
I'm a twihard though, and a Panemaniac, but Harry Potter seems cruddy.
I've seen most of them, and I hate them.
I haven't, but a friend of mine has. She went to see a film, years ago called 'Pocket Money' (it had Robert Redford and other actors in it). She said it was SO bad she walked right out of it.
As for myself, I turned off 'Stargate: The Arc of Truth' around 25-30 minutes into it. It was HORRIBLE. The actors didn't even try. So in a way, I 'walked' out of it. Even though it was just a rental.
