Super Guide is that green block that spawns after losing 8 lives in row in any given level in NSMBW except World 9. It makes a computer control Luigi through the level beating it but, not giving you the credit for beating the level.

Yeah, it's a cheap annoying gimick added in the game...

If you don't use/spawn Super Guide, you get sparkling file stars. ^_^

Only once, when I was messing around. XD But then again, I haven't played single player that much. If the Super Guide appeared when playing multiplayer, then I definitely would've spawned it, about a million times. XD

That's correct, it took me days to figure out why my filestars were sparkling. LOL

You bet!!! I spawned it multiple times! Luckily, I've now collected every star coin in worlds 1-8. <div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;"> so I just gotta focus on world 9, which has no super guide (thanks goodness!). I have yet to even beat 9-7 and 9-8. World 9 is almost impossible!</div>

I've beaten every level in world 9, and got every star coin in 9-1, 9-2, and 9-3. 9-4 is as annoying as anything, and the rest of them are super hard.

I have to say, World 9-7 is the hardest level in the game imo.

Yeah, it stacks up there with 8-5. I almost have a speed run down on the first part 9-7. I also have devised some pretty cool tricks to getting through the level. Oh, and I beat it without a penguin suit.

I haven't used it but I've spawned it before. When I was trying to get all the Star Coins in the World 3-Fortress, World 5-3, and World 8-Bowser.
