Have you ever angered a villager?

I angered Chow by repeatedly hitting him with a net, back when I didn't know how to properly kick out a villager

I once accidentally angered Ruby by pushing her when running across my island while reading stuff on my phone.
I dont have thin paths and I don't fence in my paths. I am genuinely amazed she didn't get pushed out of my way at all.

I didnt feel bad as Ruby turned out to be one of, if not the, least favourite villagers I have ever had.
Hated her so much it put me off peppy villagers.

There was another time I upset a villager, but I can't actually remember who it was.
But I was shaking trees for wasps (I have the specific amount of non fruit trees to get all the stuff from them and no more) and a wasps nest fell down.
Well, my villager decided this was the perfect time to stand right in front of me.
Of course I spoke to the villager instead of catching the wasps.
The villager asked why I was talking to them instead of running (salt in the wound).
I then got stung, of course.

So I did what any rational person would do and whacked them repeatedly with the net until they got upset.

I then felt guilty and apologised. Thankfully they accepted. If they didn't I probably would have hit them so more. XD

I've made a few of my villagers mad while pushing them out of the way for pictures or to just get where I'm trying to go, since there are quite a few fenced paths on my island that are one one or two spaces wide. But they get angered pretty rarely for me - I guess my villagers are pretty patient with me haha

Was trying to get chadder to leave, 3 hours of time travel he still wasn't askin, I was furious so I hit him with a net hoping he would leave, doesn't work

I once hit Teddy with a net three times accidentally before I knew you could anger them. He so overreacted IMO

I accidently pushed Muffy while I was trying to plant some flowers and my goodness was she mad. I felt so bad I kept trying to talk to her and she was all like no go away, leave me alone, what do you want. I had to keep trying to talk to her till I could say sorry

It wasn’t on purpose. I’ve done it a few different times by accident. I got trapped in a corner in a villager’s house and I had to push them to escape. I tried to be careful not to anger them, but they were still upset.

I did anger one of my starter villagers before by hitting them with a net. (Because I wanted him out.)

In the end, I thought it was a terrible thing to do. I ended up stopping. He did ask me to move out eventually.
