Have you ever accidentally messed up a villager's home?

Yes. Last week I caught a dorado for Tutu. Dropped by for a visit the next day and her Princess Sofa was gone.

Didn't know villagers could put gifted seashells in their homes. :') So guess what Diana did? Traded her music box for a sandollar...

Edit: Also had no idea how fancy Teddys house is now he has a super toilet in his nice study. Luckily he just let me buy it back. I swear him being a jock made me think his house would be a gym not fancy.

Until I learned more about NL, I gave villagers everything they requested. Big Mistake! Their homes are overrun with giant fossils, to many fish, really bad furniture choices and clothing.

I mean I'm kinda right now only because Ankha is trolling me with stupid straw shirts. She's been in this shirt for ages. Ages. She got Marina, Kabuki, and Genji to follow suit. Had to send them all shirts for days before finally all but Ankha changed them. Now Ankha has Octavian, Coco, and Katt wearing it. -__- Got Coco to change though.
So, end of the story, their houses have so many shirts now and I'm still fighting the Straw shirt virus.

Accident? Heh, about 80% of the time I give my villagers shirts, they end up displaying it in their houses which makes it look ugly.
