Has your pet ever been mistaken for another breed?

Not really. He’s a mix of two breeds (chiweenie) but he usually gets called one or the other if they don’t know.

My havanese Fred gets mistaken as a bichon or small poodle a lot unless the person we’re interacting with knows what breed he is. It makes sense since havanese are related to those two breeds.

A few weeks ago, Blossom got called a 'big fluffy sausage dog' by a kid!

My coton de tulear is often mistaken for a bichon. They do look pretty similar, can't blame anyone!
