Has anyone misspelled your name before?

yeah, but only by a letter so it doesn't really bother me. the only time it does is at work where my name is literally in the "to" line AND in my signature and they still misspell it. that's just rude and lazy to me :<

Well... I don't have problems with spelling, but mispronunciation. I have a fairly common name, but the way it's pronounced sounds more feminine and Hispanic. No one ever gets it right the first few times, and some never even do. *sigh*

Sadly yeah my name is like the hardest thing to misspell but people have put s instead of c ... I don't understand how hard it is to spell Grace

Oh yes. Kaitlin has so many different spellings. I've only ever had Starbucks spell my name right once and it was way more exciting than it should've been.

What is your name?

i think I had one incident when someone spelled my name as Jen instead of Jane
cause I mean sometimes when you're talking over the phone the pronunciation can sound somewhat similar I guess to some? lol
but other than that I usually just spell out my name to people just in case xD

I thought there was only one spelling for Kaitlin; which was Caitlyn. Never knew that there were other spellings for it! That's interesting.

Shenarra isn't a common name so it happens all the time.

That's a pretty name! :)

Nope, my name is really simple so it's hard to misspell it. I've never had anyone misspell my name in my entire life.

only my last name. which, honestly, annoys me. I don't wanna put that in this thread because I'm weird about that sorta thing, but people always add an extra c to it for some reason??? I don't even know where they get it from.

Well my last name, Sargent, tends to get miss-spelled sometimes. Can end up as Sarcent, Sargeant, Sergant....mainly on mail lol
