Hello, I was just curious if anyone has any positive feedback for Nookazon. I've only been using it for like a day but it seems like a highly inflated yet saturated market.
Has anyone had a successful transaction? There's a rating system but it still gives me the vibes of a lawless wildland.

honestly i think just about the entire animal crossing community is a lawless land rn.. but despite the many (many) horror stories, i've had positive experiences with nookazon. i almost prefer it because you get an instant response from a seller via discord, vs post/replies on forums may be slower.

I've had a lot of positive experiences with nookazon! I tend to be able to buy flowers cheaper on the nookazon discord than I do on this website. I got drago for 300k and hans for 5 NMT which seemed really fair. I've also made a lot of IGB on selling star fragments. I don't use it much to trade bc I can't afford a lot of the things that I want to be buying (the statues + Gulliver items), but I spend a lot of time on the island showcase channel bc everyone is super nice and you get a lot of island inspiration.

I was looking up an item when I saw a link to Nookazon. 270,000 Bells for a Mom's tea cozy, which sells for 88 Bells at Nook's Cranny. No, thanks. I'll just wait for my in-game mom to give that item to me. That's an outrageous price.

I far prefer using these forums, but I've sought out a few things and managed to have some successful transactions. It does indeed feel a bit more wild and hectic to try to find a deal in time, but it has also been the only place to turn to for certain items in my experience. Some people have been pretty nice too, if either of our schedules conflicted because something came up, they held items for me until we could trade the following day. No jerks so far and hoping to keep it that way, but yeah, if I can find something here then I'm going to prefer to stay here.

It's good if you want low tier villagers people auto-void on TBT. I got Alice for 15 NMT, the likelihood of me finding her on tours with only 15 tickets is pretty low. So I don't consider it a bad deal. But, I also made sure to trade with someone with a decent rating. I guess it all depends on what you are looking for and who you are trading with.

I’ve done a bunch of trades and have never been scammed. Some people aren’t quite as nice as on here, but most of my experiences have been very positive. I honestly don’t understand why people are so scared of it.

i used nookazon for the first time recently a few days ago and it went really well! i managed to buy a pretty rare item that i haven’t seen at all on here for a decent price imo. i’ve also conducted a few trades on discord and i haven’t had any complaints, though i have to say the prices being thrown are pretty ridiculous sometimes... like the mush lamp diy being sold for 150 nmt :x

I’ve used it three time and I had good transactions, even one big one. The only thing that really bothers me is how long people usually take to trade and maybe it’s because I’m new to Nookazon but I don’t think there is a way to communicate as easy as it is here (correct me if I’m wrong). I try to stay away because it is very pricey, I once paid 4 NMT for 4 hybrids I really needed but the other day on the forums I paid 4 NMT for 20 hybrids which is undoubtedly a better deal.

Nookazon is pretty nice and devoid of scammers but if you want to pay bells and hold on too your Nmt good luck not grossly overpaying.

Tbh I'm the type to overprice for bells. I'm patient so when I see people who have the bells and are willing to spend them I can't help it. : u :

I use it when I want a specific item quick! I usually try to look for sellers with at least ~5 positive ratings/reviews and have had only good experiences so far ^^

I had someone steal some of my diys in a nookazon trade, but the vast majority of my trades otherwise were great. What I will give nookazon credit for is that I was able to buy/trade for my last few crown/wreath diys for extremely fair prices (1:1, 3-5 nmt). I also did a lot of 1:1 cataloging for kk slider songs. There’s a lot of nice people on there, but a few people that use discord anonymity to ruin it for everyone else.

Ive been using it. It's not bad. Trades are good for regular items. I just look at people's wishlist and go from there. People are responsive and haven't met any scammers.

Definitely good to find those remaining items on your list eg. Crowns/wreaths, last bit of your catalog etc.

I don't see myself using it too often as most trades are 1:1 and that just takes forever if you're trying to obtain items fast

i was really surprised at how fast people responded though, took like 2 minutes for 3 offers
also I have no clue how to use discord
