Yeah, I met him twice. He happened to show up today, and commented on how he thinks Phyllis is mean to him because she is very fond of him, and he likes her too.

I follow Pete around a little while whenever I run into him. For being "busy," he doesn't seem to go far or do much.

And Phyllis I catch in the coffee shop sometimes between 9 and 10 pm, and she'll chat about how she hopes Pete stops bugging her. I'm kind of hoping they open up more and have more of a story!

You could see Pete in the Gamecube Animal Crossing. It was at certain times though. I think it was 9 am and 5 pm. Oh, and he has to be delivering mail.
