Has anyone experienced this in game?

So I moved my orchard, because I had didn't like how hidden it felt behind my museum. So I put it behind it on a higher level, but because of that I couldn't quite get them even because of the size. I remember being annoyed by it.

I went in yesterday and ALL of my trees are lined up perfectly now.

Has anyone had this happen before? I'm at a complete loss, because I know they were NOT even when I set them up D:

It never happened to me before but I heard about frames drops. I think it's like a glitch. But I'm glad it came out great!
