So I noticed this first in 2 of my main peach trees in my orchard today.
Some of the trees have leaves that are a much duller green than the other trees. When I saw it I thought "PERFECT FRUIT??!?!?!!" (Lol) and I saw it in some other trees too - not only fruit trees... but not the cedar trees, ofc
so, does this mean that those trees will die, or that they're just gonna be, like, red or yellow or somethin' later? I'm so confuseed sdasa w sa sa d
So I'm not the only one who noticed the slight differences between the trees haha. I initially thought the leaves were dependent on what fruit it bears, but it didn't seem to matter. Good eye you have there! The seasons are changing so obviously the leaves are going to change. Sadly, there's no word yet that we'll be getting perfect fruit.
also, the color the tree is seems to be tile specific. so if you dig the tree up and plant it elsewhere, it may change its leaves. but if you plant it back (or a different one) in the same spot, it'll be the same color as before
Part of me wishes it would be consistent amongst all trees or at least all trees of the same type, but part of me does like that it's different depending on the tree - it's more natural that way!
Yeah I noticed that. My peach trees seemed to be a different colour to my pear trees. I had clouds passing above though so wondered if it was the shadows? But sounds as though they are different because of the changing season.
I noticed this today too! One of the orange trees in my orchard was a paler green colour than the rest. I actually assumed I'd accidentally planted a cedar tree in my orchard, so good to know it's just because of the changing seasons,,
