Hard things to do in AC

What do you think are some of the hardest things to do in AC?

I say: getting a perfect town, getting all fish/insects, and definetly completeing the whole catalog.

The catalog is hard, as you need to go to every holiday and buy every day. Without time-traveling, it would take a whole year.

Finishing the whole catalog, of course. Finding bugs to catch is pretty hard too. Catching all of them would be even harder. Paying the house off completely is pretty hard so far. It takes, like, months to pay off one mortgage. It'll take pretty much all year to finish paying it off, unless I get a better way to make money.

Even harder than paying off your loan is paying off loan for all four houses.
