I think its random for everyone.This is the 3rd day I have ACNL.He asked me about an island with Moai heads and i told him it was Easter Island.He said he would send me a gift.

I saw him when the the ex-Mayor turtle was at the pier (where he told me to meet him the night before). This weird duck has the BEST DIALOGUE so far. Funny, funny stuff...=)

I got him just today on the shore. ANswered a question and he said he'd mail me a present later on. Is this supposed to happen on the second day of your town?

I got him on my very first day! So Yes lol. I've also gotten Sahara twice already. Katrina popped up on my second day.
