The thing I don't like about it is the limited dialog. If you could talk to them like normal, it's almost be like you didn't lose them. That, and if it's someone you didn't like, it's like, just go away already!

If you want to know how it works, when your fifth villager moves out, the first who moved out appears. When your sixth moves out, the second who moved out joins her. And so on.
