I'm pretty sure my black lily came from a group of red and yellow lilies, but I haven't seen a good, accurate hybrid guide yet so I don't know if that's a known combo or not.

And according to http://bidoofcrossing.tumblr.com/post/51137777970/animal-crossing-new-leaf-hybrids red x yellow should only give orange. That's why I said I haven't seen a good, accurate hybrid guide yet, because they all have slight discrepancies with each other.
