Great Job Maine =/

That sucks. :/ I'm straight, but this really annoys me. Whatever happened to church and state being separate? Why should a Christian belief be forced onto a free country? It really makes no sense to me.

I am somewhat pleased.
So what's your reason for being a bigot?
Marriage is different spiritually for me. It's the combination of two people, a man and a woman. I have no problems with gays, just gay marriage. So, it's just "pregerence", if you will.
That's pretty much my thoughts, too.

I consider myself '(ex) gay' but gay marriage creeps me out. Dunno why.

The US isn't a free country, it's never been.

If it were, then all states would have the church and the state separate.
Getting married is for two people who love each other, if they be homosexual or not.
and it makes sense to me, why some states don't have it. It's because people push it away. It's the ostrich syndrome, if they can't see it, it isn't there. Those people are gonna have to get over it to be honest, no matter how much you push it away and pretend it isn't there, it's gonna be there and come back. People are people. The world should get over itself and accept that fact.

But really, you don't need a piece of paper to prove that you love someone. As long as they're happy, it shouldn't matter.

It's legal stuff too. Sharing money, being able to put stuff in your name.
That piece of paper lets you do a LOT of things that non-married people can't.
