Grass in different seasons

I'm trying to design a path pattern that will need changing each season - I know there are quite a lot of subtle grass changes, can anyone please tell me the dates it changes on and how many times it changes? And also, does anyone know if there is a screenshot anywhere of the circle grass pattern mapped out onto a grid, just to make my life a bit easier?

Might make a qr code and post it on able sisters if it turns out alright - trying to make a pattern similar to the really popular stepping stone one except with more seasons, so if anyone's interested I'll link to it on here (if I ever finish it hehe)
