Most school in the UK have Levels from 1 to 8 (one being the worst, 8 being the best) with .2, .5 and .8 increments for the first half of high school and then the A, B, C thing for the last half.

That's a B...=r

100-90% =A
80-89%=B
70-79%=C
60-69%=D
And anything below 60 is an F.
