Gracie's Fashion Help

I'm not sure if this is the correct spot to be asking this, but could someone help me with Gracie? I need a modern look and I don't have a dark polka skirt or cloche hat/Gracie hat and those are the only items I need in order to pass this.

Why do you need those specific clothing pieces? You could pretty much pass the fashion check with just about any modern clothing.
