Seasons last for 3 months. Unless you time travel or buy it from someone else, you'll have to wait until next year for a bow wig to appear.

So then she operates like Nook - same stuff repeated often in all his stores! I don't understand why? It's frustrating when you're looking to coordinate items. The system should be smarter and only offer new items on the shelves, with previously displayed (but not purchased) items in it's own section in the catalog.
