How often does Gracie appear in the plaza once you have met all the requirements? And what are all those requirements? I would love to unlock the final nookling store, i just got the second-to-last upgrade. Also, how many of you actually have the department store unlocked?

I have the dept store unlocked in all 3 of my towns.

You need to pass 4 Gracie fashion checks to unlock the final store upgrade, which can take a while. She showed up fairly frequently for me, though I've heard some folks say it took them months.

Her requirements are that you dress according to a particular style that she'll specify for you. There are some excellent guides out there so it shouldn't be *too* painful, but I strongly recommend you start assembling outfits to be ready for her!

I used a weird trick where you time travel backwards 1 day and then 1 day forward and managed to complete all 4 fashion checks in one day ^^

You only need 2 pieces from the style that she tells you to dress as, as long as the other clothing doesn't clash with the outfit (the guide tells you which styles clash with each other)

I didn't time travel and it took me 5 months before I got the Emporium. I think you have to have spent a certain amount in your store as well before her first visit. I remember there was a long time between some of her visits, and then she came twice within a few weeks. I took this time to fill a museum room with lots of clothing items.

Yeah, make sure you have a at least 2 items from every category so you'll pass it for sure.

I believe she will start to show up in your plaza after you spent more than 70,000 bells in your T.I.Y. And she will show up on a random day each week, although there's also a chance that she doesn't show up at all. That's why it takes some people longer to get all 4 fashion checks.
