Gracie Fashion check Please Help :3

So i need to do a modern look and all i have are the following items that are considered modern which are two tops and one accessory:

Crewel Tee
Gracie Tank
Oval Shades

If anyone willing to let me buy/borrow the following items i would be very appreciated:

Dark Polka Skirt
Stripe Shoes
Clogs
Cloche Hat

This would also be my last fashion check so please help me :3 Super Thankies!!

I know but the only problem is i have two tops and only one accessory... i think i need at least one more item to pass the fashion check :/
