Goodwill Ambassador badge problem…

Hi, I'm having trouble getting the Goodwill Ambassador badge.
Can anyone help me get it.
I need 3 people to visit my town 150 times per person.
In return you'll get your choice of 2 DLC's from Lindsy's main room. (One of my characters.)
So can anyone help me?
