I'm planning on making my town as flowery as it possibly can be, but Im staying with the bell boom ordinance so i need to be able to water them all constantly.

I have around 5-6 million bells but please be reasonable in pricing

it keeps on saying that it's not working "can't connect to partner's device". i think you might need to move closer to your wifi box type thing. try restarting your device, and see if it makes a difference maybe??
