Going back through cringe posts...

ughh myy spine hurts.

Have you ever just went back to very old posts you've made, on any website, and just cringed?

I went on my old JVGS Animal Crossing: New Leaf account I had when I was 11, and boy was I cringey (and rude.)

I wrote "Okay" as "Okai" and "Oh my God" as "ermygawd."

UGH

Anyone else experienced this and just wished to go back and change yourself?

Whenever I go through my old journal or my old fansite... No.

I've ripped out all the pages from my journal with writing in them and thank goodness my old website(s) hosts have died so they died too. The only way to see them is the use the web archive thingy.

there's always other alternatives like ": ))" or ":]]" or if you're feeling spontaneous ":- )"

ehhh I mean I don't have any super duper cringey posts on here but I was always so worried about making sure all my spelling and punctuation was 100% perfect and I now realize it doesn't really need to be perfect.

Maybe when I used to play mmos with my brother online waayyy back when? I was VERY cringey when I was younger. Ridiculously cringey. one time on one of these mmos my brother was like talking to this girl I had met and I remember being super duper salty about it for some reason. it is actually really funny to me how stupid I was and noone ever really cared?

Thank goodness you can't go back and see what I used to say on those things.
