Glitch ?

I loaded up my game again and now stitches is in boxes????

Did you visit a town or have someone come in? That ends the fun real quick. Flora was having a birthday yesterday that lasted all night and I wanted to see her and Antonio out of her house, so I visited another town and the party was instantly over. I guess that's as mean as flipping the wifi switch on the island, but they'll get over it.

I got a couple of not glitches but weirdness with his birthday today. The first time I visited, Zucker was the guest and there was a stripe sofa in the back. The next time I visited, it was Erik and there was a cabin couch in the back. Just now, it was Zucker again with a simple love seat.

When I've attended birthdays with more than one of my characters, the guest and furniture usually change. I think once or twice so far the guest has been consistent though.

but any villager suddenly going into boxes after not being home makes no sense!

Stitches was meant to leave on the 12th. I haven't TT'd on the game as I was letting him move out naturally. I had received an invite to his party and everything, but when I went there, it said he was out in a snack run. I looked around for him, and he could not be found. Not in retail, the museum, Able's, the store, nowhere. I decided to load up again because that usually changes who's outside and stuff, but Isabelle said he was moving. I don't understand how this could happen when he wasn't meant to leave until the 12th! I moved him over to another town so it's not terrible that it happened, but I don't understand how or why it happened
