None of these villagers are moving? I don't know why? Do I need to do certain things in the game before they start moving out?

What works really good for me is sending them gifts they don't like Normally they should move within a week or so then ;p I don't know if this is actually a real method, but I never had any problems with it ^^

Just look the villager up you want gone, find some furniture with the theme they don't like and send them an empty letter with the disliked gift ;p You can always time travel to make them move faster ^^ Hope this helped ;D

Have not paid off the first house loan, and have not gotten 100% approval? If memory serves, you need to do these things.

I believe that, in order for this to work, you first need a villager 'in boxes.'
